Relax Kids are committed to protecting your privacy. Relax Kids constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service for our customers.

 

We will not sell, share, or rent your personal information to any third party or use your email address for unsolicited mail. Any emails sent by this company will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products.

 

Training

To secure your place onto a Relax Kids or Baby Mindful training date a non-refundable deposit will need to be paid. For details of this please contact [email protected]. The balance of your training must be paid two weeks before your training commences. All course fees are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.

 

Relax Kids offers flexible payment plans, this will be agreed with us upon booking. In some cases, transfer of a deposit is possible, but at Relax Kids discretion, however, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee.

 

Relax Kids reserves the right to cancel training without notice. In the unlikely situation that this may occur you will receive a full refund or be transferred to another training. For this reason, we highly recommend purchasing travel cancellation insurance to protect your trip investment in the event of date changes, illness, emergency, weather conditions, or any unforeseen circumstances.

 

Relax Kids cannot accept any liability for loss or damage of property, obligation derived from travel arrangements or disruption of the training due to circumstances beyond the control of Relax Kids

 

Classes

All class bookings are dealt with by our coaches directly and are not the responsibility of Relax Kids head office. For any questions, changes for your booking or cancellations, the coach will need to be contacted directly. Contact details for coaches can be found on our website under Class Finder; or Relax Kids Near You.

 

Each coach has their own terms and conditions and will need to be contacted directly for these.

 

Products

All Relax Kids products, including books, CDs, MP3s and print outs are copyrighted and cannot be reproduced, duplicated or copied in any way

 

Delivery

UK deliveries should be received within 5 working days on receipt of your order. If your goods haven’t arrived within 2 weeks, please contact us immediately. We cannot accept responsibility for undelivered goods after this time limit.

 

Deliveries overseas will vary; standard delivery can take up to 4 weeks on receipt of your order.

 

If you would like parcels delivered quicker, please contact us for details of this service. Postage charges will reflect this.

 

Postage will vary depending on the size of your order and what country it is being sent to. This will be added at checkout. You cannot pay for postage using Relax Kids store credit. You will need to enter your card details at check-out to pay for any postage charges.

 

Returns

Before returning items please contact us on [email protected] to let us know what and why you want an exchange or return. If you are exchanging an item of clothing, please send it to Relax Kids Ltd, 12a Mill Street, Wantage, Oxon, OX12 9AQ, England. Please enclose a note detailing your name, address and the size of the new item you would like and reason for return. Postage will be refunded to you in store credit.

 

In order to receive a refund, an item needs to be returned in perfect condition. We are unable to refund items if they are damaged or if the protective film is broken.

 

If you would like a refund on an item please return it to Relax Kids Ltd, 12a Mill Street, Wantage, Oxon, OX12 9AQ, England.

 

We offer a full refund guarantee on faulty items. Products must be returned in the original condition and not worn. Your refund will be made within 14 days of the returned item. We recommend you obtain proof of postage for returns.

 

Refunds will be made the same way you purchased an item e.g. if you paid by a card you will be refunded to that card.
